Aug 11, 2018 · I have no idea why this worked, but it did. I was trying to access internet on my Dell E6400 Win 7 via a (Netgear) repeater. I could connect to the repeater, but it said no internet access, while at the same time my other computer (Mac) could access the internet via that same repeater. The PC sees the Wireless connection as shared under the network connections tab, but pings and web browsing do not work. Again Microsoft Virtual Network Switch protocol is not checked. under IP v4 i have setup the IP to use one of my other public ips. However i have no internet access on the guest.

A factory reset has been done on the RBR50 and it continues to broadcast WiFi. My laptop can connect to that WiFi, but there is no Internet with that connection. The house's modem DSL router (Thomson) still works and broadcasts WiFi with int On mobile devices the network works perfect, android and ios, and this is driving me mad because i can't find any solution, and dont know how to troubleshot it anymore. On the laptops it says that you are connected and have internet access but when you try to go to a website from any browser, it says that you are not connected.
