Even though I am clearly signed in to the Rockstar Social Club, for some reason, GTA IV doesn't recognize me as being signed in, and will tell me to sign in manually. Except it won't allow me to sign in manually. It will just stay blank, nothing happens. Clicking the Social Club tab will just send me to a blank screen with Niko Bellic. Each time you start the game, there is the white splash screen with Social Club loading / signing in.
