SonicWALL Global VPN Client Format String Bug Lets Remote May 26, 2009 GVPN Client stuck at acquiring IP - Security, hacker Global VPN Client 4.0.0.385 Clients stick at acquiring IP Sonic is NOT DHCP enabled, whart is checked is forward all requests to the server addresses below with DHCP server on local LAN in there. If I enable the Sonic's DHCP it works, but conflicts with the SBS DHCP !!!! Any work arounds, config amendment suggestions etc would be greatly

Multiple format string vulnerabilities in the configuration file in SonicWALL GLobal VPN Client 3.1.556 and 4.0.0.810 allow user-assisted remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via format string specifiers in the (1) Hostname tag or the (2) name attribute in the Connection tag.

I was reviewing some release notes about SonicWall Global VPN Client 4.0.0 and it mentions changing the default setting for the connection for NAT Traversal from Automatice to Disabled. (This is done by editing the properties under the Peer tab.) Anyone have an ideas on this suggestion?
